HerbalGram, The Northeast Herbal Association Journal, Well Being Journal, and the Journal of the American Herbalists Guild are all excellent, the last is a peer-reviewed journal.

I also like seed Catalogs for summarized herbal information: Horizon Herbs and Richter’s both put out good ones.
