Ideas for Low Blood Pressure & Anemia
I have low blood pressure, nearly blacking out when I’m down for a few minutes and stand up fast, plus a weakish pulse and white around my eyes (anemic). Here is my list of priorities for myself, right now. Plus keep up regular exercise, since that is the best way I can find to feel consistently good.
- Eat red meat
- Hawthorne and licorice tea – for low blood pressure
- Blood sugar regulating tincture: Burdock, Black walnut, Chickweed, Red clover
- Bitters before meals
- Eleuthero and Turmeric balls – energy and stamina with anti-inflammatory action
- Nettle vinegar on salads – minerals for deep nourishment
- Vitamin D, Thorne Research – on days I am not out for 20+ minutes at high noon in scanty dress (nearly every day except beach day)
- Solomon’s Seal and St. John’s wort oils on my neck and sore spots after workout
- De-acidify diet with seaweed, Omega 3s, apple cider vinegar (my version of fire cider, no honey), and maybe baking soda before bed, or Alkamax on acid-y food days
