- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
- Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
- Anise (Pimpinella anisum) – for colicky babies)
- Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) – used when difficulty with breast feeding is combined with liver damage
- Blessed thistle (Cnicus bendictus)
