Description
I team up with Karina Hines again at her place in Waltham (featuring SegoDesigned terrace gardens) for a spring traipsing and tasting class covering our local seasonal wild greens. On Saturday, April 21 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, Karina will host us for a 3-hour class where we will cover plant identification, making teas, juices, tonics and salads using vibrant, cleansing spring plants. I love this time of year and can’t wait to share these harbingers of spring with you.
